You may cancel your order if it has not been processed. Please contact us directly to do so via chat or you may reply to your order conformation. Generally, we can process returns in 24-72 hours from being received. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment once processed.
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange in most cases.
To be eligible for a return generally, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We understand that sometimes items are defective. Please contact us if you believe the item to be defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Sometime we are able to override this. Please contact us directly if you believe this will be an issue.

Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will email you a return label when applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Free shipping can not be returned.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not offer refund for items that have been delivered to the correct address that were signed for or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. In the event that your package is not delivered we will need to work together to file an insurance claim. Upon approval you may be refunded or have the order re-sent. We do not refund for stolen packages. You must file a complaint with your local police department. In the event that your delivery time exceeds 15-45 business days from the date of processing (generally 1-5 business days after you have placed a successful order) you will be eligible for a refund.
