Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of ensuring your satisfaction. Please note that proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.


Eligibility & Refunds

  • Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defects: If an item is defective or the safety seal is broken upon arrival, contact us immediately for a full replacement.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may request store credit via a gift card or code.

  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 1–3 business days. Refunds typically appear in 3–5 business daysafter processing.

Shipping

  • Our Error: We provide a prepaid return label if the product is defective or if we made a shipping error.

  • Other Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Delivered Status: We do not offer refunds for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Theft: For suspected theft, please file a report with the carrier or local police.

  • Misdelivery/Lost: We will initiate an insurance claim for lost or misdelivered items. You may be required to communicate directly with the insurance carrier to finalize the refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Send a request and a photo of the item to service@afghansaffronco.com.

  2. Print Label: Once approved, we will email you a shipping label to attach to your package.

  3. Mail It: Send the item back to us for inspection and processing.
