Ingredients
2 cups shrimp (1/3 of frozen bag)
4 Sliced Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Cilantro
1 Shallot (Sub: 1/2 yellow onion)
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup White Cooking Wine
1 pinch Saffron Threads
3 pinch Black Pepper
3 pinch Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp butter

Directions
In a small pot using medium low heat add 1/4 cup of white wine and a pinch of saffron threads. Let this simmer but do not boil. If boiling begins remove from heat.
Heat pan to medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once hot quickly add shrimp. Sprinkle 4 minced or sliced cloves of garlic and a diced shallot or onion. Season with salt, pepper and cilantro. For an extra kick add Tabasco, cajun seasoning mix or dried red pepper. Stir and squeeze 1/4-1/2 of a lemon directly over the shrimp.
Cooking the shrimp mixture for 3 minutes pour the mixture over a rice or buttered pasta. enjoy!
This was soooo good! We cleaned the plate with homemade garlic bread. Couldn’t get enough!
