A simple, herbal tea to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. *Lavender Buds: Tea with lavender can improve your sleep quality and help you relax. *Valerian Root: Calms anxiety to help you sleep. *Chamomile: Contains apigenin, an antioxidant that may reduce insomnia and induce sleepiness. *Poppy Plant: Mild sedative to help induce deep sleep. Helps with restless and aches.:

Ingredients

  • 3-6 strands of saffron
  • .5 liters water
  • desired amount of Valerian Root, Poppy Plant, Chamomile, Lavender Buds. or pre-made tea with these ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the water
  2. Get your favorite cup
  3. Add saffron and optional items: *don't use all of these, 0-2 is preferred.
  4. Add herbs and tea of choice
  5. Fill cup
  6. Steep for 1-5 min.
  7. Relax and enjoy.

Tips

*optional: 1/4 of a crushed cardamon pod, 1-4 tablespoons honey, tea bag of choice, any type of milk, fresh ginger, lemon slice, orange slice, cinnamon, rose petals, fresh mint, other types of tea, etc.
